6th General Meeting held in Košice
On 3 May 2016, the 6th EGTC Via Carpatia General Meeting was held in premises of the Košice Self-Governing Region.
As a rule, also this meeting was opened by Török Dezső, the EGTC Via Carpatia chairman, and GM attendees were:
On behalf of Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén county: Török Dezső (President of EGTC Via Carpatia Ltd.), Dr. Bobkó Péter (officer of Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén county), Dr. Kovács János (Notary Public of Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén county);
On behalf of Košice Self-Governing Region: JUDr. Zdenko Trebuľa (Deputy President of the European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation Via Carpatia Limited), Ing. István Zachariaš, (Deputy President of Košice Self-Governing Region), Ing. Julianna Orbán Máté, PhD. (Director of the European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation Via Carpatia Limited), Ing. Tímea Novotná (administrative assistant in the European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation Via Carpatia Limited).
At the General Meeting, the attendees approved altogether 11points of the General Meeting agenda and they also agreed on the 12th point of agenda.
The main discussions concerned the projects won by the Grouping and which it will apply for in 2016, or which it would like to manage. The members of the General Meeting acknowledged the annual financial statements of EGTC Via Carpatia and Jövő útja Kft, and also the Annual Report of EGTC Via Carpatia and the Auditor’s Report of the Grouping. In addition, there were discussions on the organisational chart in scope of the Small Projects Fund Program and on the tender announced by EGTC Via Carpatia.
The agenda point approval was then followed by amicable talks on the cooperation between the counties.
